A free barber booking app.
Actually free for solo barbers.
Online booking, a scheduling calendar built for cuts, appointment reminders on WhatsApp, a client list and live earnings. Free forever if you work alone, and it says so in writing on the pricing page. Paid plans exist only when you add staff.
The honest fine print
Most booking apps say free and mean a trial, or free until your client list matters. Here is the whole deal in three sentences.
If you cut alone, MyBarb is free forever. Your booking page, your calendar, your client list, WhatsApp confirmations and your earnings screen, all of it, with no time limit and no card on file.
If you add staff, you pay. Plans start at €9.90 a month for a shop with up to 3 barbers. That is the business model, and it is why the solo plan does not need ads or data selling to exist.
Commission is 0% for everyone, forever. A €20 cut earns you €20. We never sit between you and your client's money.
Your clients book in the browser
Your clients open your booking page like a website, pick a service and a free time, and are done in under a minute. Nobody installs anything, which matters because a client who has to visit an app store to book a haircut simply does not book.
You run the shop from your phone: install MyBarb from Google Play, or open mybarb.app and use Add to Home Screen in Chrome or Safari. It then opens full screen with its own icon.
Everything a one-chair shop needs
A scheduling calendar built for cuts, not offices, with each service taking its real length. Client history, so you remember who had what. A WhatsApp confirmation and appointment reminder prepared for every booking, sent with one tap in the client's language. Live earnings for today, this month and this year. And a public page at mybarb.com/your-name that takes bookings while you sleep.
It works in 16 languages, including Albanian, German, Italian, Turkish and Arabic, so you read it in yours and your clients read it in theirs. See the full feature list.
Free is not the only question
A few scheduling tools also have free plans, Setmore and Square Appointments among them. They are good general tools, built for any service business rather than for a barber's chair, and Square only works in the countries it serves. The difference with MyBarb is the fit: a booking page, a calendar and WhatsApp messages designed around cuts, in the languages barbers in Europe and the Balkans actually speak.
