How can we help?

MyBarb is a booking and calendar app for barbershops. If something does not work, or you have a question, write to us.

We reply within 2 business days. Please include your shop name, your username, the phone or computer you use and a short description or a screenshot. Never send us your password or PIN.

Signing in

  1. Open MyBarb, type your username and tap Sign In.
  2. Head barber: type your password and tap Sign In.
  3. Barbers: type your 4-digit PIN.

Opening a new shop? Tap Register Your Barbershop on the sign-in screen.

Forgot your username

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot? next to the username field. Enter the email address registered with your shop and open the recovery link we send you.

Forgot your password (head barber)

  1. Type your username and tap Sign In.
  2. Tap Forgot password.
  3. Enter the shop email and open the link we send you. The link works once and expires after a short time. If it has expired, request a new one.

No email? Check your spam folder. If you no longer use the shop email, write to us and we will help you verify the shop.

Forgot your PIN (barbers)

Ask your head barber, or email us from the shop email and we will reset it.

Booking notifications

A few seconds after you sign in on your phone, MyBarb shows Turn on notifications. Tap it and allow notifications to be alerted when a client books online. Head barbers can check delivery under Dashboard > Settings > Test notifications.

If you turned notifications off: on iPhone open Settings, then Notifications, then MyBarb, and switch on Allow Notifications. On Android open Settings, then Apps, then MyBarb, then Notifications.

Delete your account

The head barber can delete the shop and its account inside the app:

  1. Open the Dashboard tab and scroll to the bottom.
  2. Tap Delete Shop & Close Account.
  3. Type your shop name to confirm.

This deletes the shop, its barbers, clients and appointments from our servers. The data is permanently purged within 30 days and cannot be recovered. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.

To remove one barber, the head barber taps the bin icon next to that barber under Barbers in the Dashboard tab. If you can no longer sign in and want your account deleted, email us from the shop's registered email address.
